Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our nursery in Salisbury.

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered 15-25 days after dispatch

5.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Contact us if unsure about delivery to your area.

5.4 Delivery Issues

You must inspect goods upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition with intact packaging.
