Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our nursery in Salisbury.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 days after dispatch

Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how to return or exchange items.

General Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • Plants must show no signs of damage caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they arrive damaged:

  • All Other Shrubs
  • All Other Trees
  • Annual Bedding Plants
  • Artichoke Plants
  • Asparagus Plants
  • Brassica & Leafy Green Plants
  • Buddleja
  • Climbing Plants
  • Container Shrubs
  • Container Trees | Trees in Pots

If these items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Photos if the item is damaged (required for plant returns)
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, package the item securely and ship to:

  4. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: See details below.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos clearly showing the damage or incorrect item
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
