The spring foliage of Viburnum x hillieri ‘Winton’ emerges a striking copper shade which darkens to green as summer progresses. Creamy-white flowers are borne in profusion throughout June, carried on stiff panicles that make a showy display. The flowers are replaced by red fruits which ripen to black, as the autumn foliage takes on a rich purple-red hue. This bushy shrub makes a superb choice for adding seasonal interest to the garden. On a mild, sheltered site it will remain semi evergreen, providing valuable colour during the winter months. Height and spread: 2.5m (8′).
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
