Trachelospermum Jasminoides ‘Waterwheel’

Trachelospermum jasminoides ‘Waterwheel’ is a highly distinctive form of this popular evergreen climber, selected predominantly for its willowy, bluish-green leaves with a silvery midrib which change colour as the season progresses. In spring they adopt lovely bronze tints and in winter develop rich red/purple tones. Although slightly shyer to flower than other Trachelospermum, it bears small white highly fragrant blooms in summer. Best trained against a warm wall, trellis or obelisk in a sheltered position. Height & spread: 4-8m (13-26ft).
