Knautia Macedonica Red Knight

The relaxed habit of this lovely perennial makes it a perfect candidate for a wild, informal border where it will flower from summer to autumn, attracting pollinating insects with its nectar rich flowers. A basal clump of softly hairy leaves gives rise to tall, slender stems bearing masses of deep red, pincushion flowers. Beautiful placed in the middle of the border weaving through ornamental grasses. Good cut flower. Height 80cm (32”). 75cm (30”).
