Hydrangea Macrophylla ‘Lady Mata Hari Blue’ (Royalty Collection)

A new and exciting variety of Hydrangea macrophylla from the innovative Royalty Collection. The mophead blooms are made up of clusters of multi-tonal flowers to create a breath-taking kaleidoscope effect. Each individual flower blends from mauve-blue to creamy-white and apple-green, so that no two are ever the same.

This compact deciduous shrub makes a showy patio plant that delivers a mesmerising display throughout summer. In autumn the foliage turns to red and gold. The faded flower heads create skeletal silhouettes extending the season of interest well into winter. Ideal for containers and lightly shaded borders. As with many varieties, these cultivars of Hydrangea macrophylla produce slightly different colour tones depending on the soil pH. Height and spread: 120cm (48″).
