Rose of Sharon always puts on a great display and this cultivar is no exception! From late summer into autumn the showy mauve-blue flowers bring an exotic feel to your garden with their tropical colouring. As the name suggests, Hibiscus syriacus ‘Purple Pillar’ has a uniquely columnar habit that sets it apart from other hardy Hibiscus. The perfect choice for the back of narrow borders, planted as a screen or even in a container – in fact anywhere where space is at a premium! Easy to grow and maintain, but this deciduous shrub will appreciate a long, hot summer to produce the best display. Height: 2m (79″). Spread: 60cm (24″).
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
