Elephant Garlic (Spring/Autumn Planting)

Elephant Garlic is not a true garlic but a stem leek, which produces massive bulbs approximately 10cm (4″) in diameter. The cloves are also much larger than conventional garlic with a milder taste, making it suitable for a wide choice of culinary uses, especially roasting. Available for Spring or Autumn planting. Height: 90cm (36″). Spread: 20cm (8″).
