Clothed in dark glossy foliage, Camellia japonica ‘Lady Campbell’ makes a stunning foil for summer flowering perennials when planted at the back of borders. This refined slow growing shrub prefers an acid soil, but can be grown as a striking specimen plant in containers of ericaceous compost.
