An unusual and rarely available cultivar which originated as a sport of Buddleja ‘Harlequin’. This variegated Butterfly Bush has sage green foliage edged with wide cream margins. Panicles of purple red flowers appear at the tip of each stem from July to September, attracting pollinators to their nectar rich blooms. Buddleja davidii ‘Masquerade’ has an upright, open habit which makes a fine specimen at the back of sunny borders. Like all variegated plants, this variety may revert to green growth and this should be pruned out to maintain its variegated appearance. Height and spread: 200cm (78″).
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
