Starry, white flowers decorate the branches of the Serviceberry in spring, just as the young, bronze foliage emerges. The new leaves quickly mature to bright green throughout the summer, before colouring to orange, gold and red for an exceptional autumn display. Wild birds feast upon the purple-black berries that replace the fading flowers in late summer. Amelanchier canadensis is a small, deciduous tree that makes a fine specimen for smaller gardens with plenty of seasonal interest. Height: 6m (19’). Spread: 3m (10’).
Plant height and spread is seasonal therefore we list by pot size rather than a defined plant size. The height and spread of the plant delivered will vary depending on the season, meaning arrival images are an indication only.
