How are your plants prepared for shipping?
Every plant is hand-selected and carefully prepared by our UK-based team in Salisbury. We use climate-adapted packaging with moisture control to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition. Our eco-friendly packaging uses recycled materials whenever possible.
What should I do when my plants arrive?

For Perennials & Shrubs:

  • Water lightly immediately upon arrival
  • Plant within 48 hours for best results

For Bedding Plants:

  • Keep in their temporary pots for 1-2 days to acclimatise

Winter deliveries of hardy varieties like Brassica plants come with special cold weather packaging.

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days as we carefully inspect each plant before dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.
Where do you deliver to?
